Level Construction was founded on two principles: endurance and detail. Our team grew up in the workshops of Armenia, where every craftsman learned that a wall, a floor, or a tile is only as good as the hand that finishes it.

We spent decades building and restoring across Ukraine — apartments, restaurants, offices, complex high-end residential projects. That work taught us discipline: schedules that hold, surfaces that last, and a crew you can trust inside your home.

Today we bring that craft to Los Angeles. Our team speaks English, Russian, and Armenian, and we work with homeowners across the San Fernando Valley and beyond.

We're a family-led operation. We answer our own phones. We show up when we say we will. And we don't leave until the work looks the way we promised.
